3 - Foundation - 2700 to 4999

Many varieties of creature and entity appear in and around Agea as the Veil reshapes from a cosmic dome preventing breach into a loose membrane into which beings may pass under certain circumstances.
The Suira observe this and begin interrogating their own societal actions and wills, eventually leading into the formation of a society level faction called the Foundation. The purpose of this is to record and investigate everything natural and unnatural in order to preserve Suiran life whenever possible.

Year 2765, Month 5, Day 5
Eastern Sa, Elemental Rings
The Suiran Elders debate across their Ringworld facility, one per publicly accepted natural element. Discussions of the best way to lead, to organization of information, to capturing and housing suspect entities and creatures, all ring out on the primary stage of communications. During this, the world continues to live through the sudden existence of otherworldly beings.

During this timeframe, tools that simulate sparks on a basic level and tools that utilize natural auric systems are developed and introduced into the public's hands, by the Foundation of the Suira.
Communities separate or too distant from the Foundation form their own solutions. Some forge alliances with otherworldly beings, others utilize occult and arcane solutions to the problem.

Year 3813, Month 9, Day 15
Island Silno, Kingdom of Ritual
Between the efforts of the Apophi, the Urfolk, and other cultures across the world, study yields results as the first primarily regulated forms of Arcane and Occult spellcasting are formed. These more advanced spellcrafts capable of self defense and utility across living spaces.

Year 4998, Month 6, Day 6
Western Sil, Grand Facility
Population booms result in overpopulation of the sealed city designs for the Suira. Slums dominate multiple districts within protected settlements, and plans are made to clear out regional locations to form additional settlements. Whispers in the slumways recall the name of a ship that was said to have seeded life on Agea prior.
